Our work ranges from developing Discord bots that automate workflows, to building custom software applications, crafting AI integrations, designing automation scripts for servers and operational systems, and providing technical consultancy for clients. By choosing to use any Bonfire Base product or service, including our bots, applications, scripts, or support services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service, and that your use of our products constitutes your agreement to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Bonfire Base products and services.
Our mission is to create technology that not only functions but also provides tangible benefits for individuals, teams, and organizations. When using Bonfire Base services, you agree to act responsibly and ethically. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, follow Discord’s Terms of Service and community guidelines, respect the rights of other users, and avoid behavior that may be disruptive, abusive, or malicious. This includes, but is not limited to, actions such as spamming, harassment, attempting to reverse engineer or copy Bonfire Base code, or exploiting any feature for unauthorized purposes. Bonfire Base reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any user who violates these expectations or any part of these terms.
Data collection is limited to full,what is necessary for proper services functionality, security, and improvement. This may include user identifiers, server identifiers, commands, usage logs, and analytics data. Bonfire Base does not sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties except when legally required. We take reasonable steps to protect user data and privacy, however we cannot guarantee absolute protection from unauthorized access, breaches, or other external risks. Users have the right to request removal of their personal data, and ceasing use of Bonfire Base services will stop any further collection of new data associated with their account or activity.
Intellectual property created by Bonfire Base, including code, scripts, designs, AI models, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of Bonfire Base. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from the owner. This applies to both internal and external clients, as well as users of our bots, applications, and other services. Any unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in immediate termination of access and legal action if necessary.
Bonfire Base strives to provide a reliable and secure experience, but we cannot guarantee complete protection from all technical or operational failures. You acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for your interactions with Bonfire Base products, including any consequences of misuse, unintended outcomes, or errors in functionality. Bonfire Base, its team members, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of any product or service.
As part of our commitment to professionalism and client service, Bonfire Base reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features, services, or products at any time. We may also revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect improvements, new services, or legal requirements. Continued use of Bonfire Base products after such updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
In addition, Bonfire Base may terminate or suspend services for individuals, teams, or organizations that violate these terms or engage in conduct that may harm the integrity, security, or reputation of our services. This applies equally to bots, applications, scripts, AI tools, and any operational or support services provided by Bonfire Base. Users are encouraged to report misuse, technical issues, or breaches of these Terms to help maintain a safe and reliable ecosystem for everyone.
Lastly the Scope use of Ember Bot as of now is within the BONFIRE BASE Discord Server for now.
